This site offers suggestions and resources for how people can connect and work together on these issues, but we don't have complete answers. We invite you to share your thoughts and engage in dialog concerning how to best move forward. We publish divergent opinions and aim to inspire without preaching.

Our membership comes from varied backgrounds and vocations. We advocate and promote egalitarian values and servant leadership. On our site, we have extensive resources that advance our mission and encourage you to check them out and give us feedback. We also invite you to join us in developing this project by contributing your special gifts and experience. We’d like to discuss your interests and ways we might collaborate.
