The movement promotes the formation of small teams whose members:

• advance justice and compassion

• set aside the desire to dominate for personal gain

• meet the earthly needs of the soul and body

• nurture co-equal partnerships throughout society

• cultivate democratic bottom-up hierarchies

• help each other undo divisive social conditioning

• build broad-based unity

• respect everyone’s equal worth

• hold each other, elected officials, and their organizations accountable.
